Oliver is a photographer and videographer but, most importantly, an artist. With two artist parents, Oliver was immersed in the modern and contemporary art world from a young age. In fact, Oliver began taking photos in museums at the age of 5, having been instructed by his mother to go out and find his favorite piece and to report back only when he had a photo as proof. That sensibility continues today, as Oliver gleans most of his inspiration not from digital or televisual media, but from paintings and sculpture.

Since taking those museum photos at the age of five, Oliver has spent years perfecting his technical and artistic craft. After taking up filmmaking in high school, Oliver went to film school at Emerson College and graduated in 2023. Since then, he has spent his time in Los Angeles working primarily with musicians on their music videos, promotional material, and album/single covers. He also has shot many concerts and live events.

In the future, Oliver hopes to continue shooting musicians and concerts, but he also intends to move into editorial photography and conceptual/avant-garde filmmaking. For now, he is preparing new work for his upcoming gallery show, opening in April 2027.
